Carolina Collection Law Firm is a boutique commercial debt collection law firm owned and run by attorney Robert Servatius.
Debt collection runs in Robert’s family. His father worked in the credit departments of various Fortune 500 hundred companies for many decades and made connections with many significant people in the commercial credit industry.
Robert was raised in Charlotte and attended Charlotte Catholic High School. He then graduated near the top of his class from Queens University of Charlotte with a business degree. Thereafter, Robert worked for Banc of America Investment Services (now Merrill Lynch) in Uptown Charlotte as a licensed stockbroker. Robert later worked as an insurance broker selling company health insurance for Wachovia Insurance Services (now Wells Fargo) to large corporations across North and South Carolina. During that time, Robert enjoyed selling and building quality relationships with the executives of his client companies.
Upon graduating law school near the top of his class and passing the bar exam, Robert decided that he wanted to continue working with executives of companies as a collections lawyer. He also soon discovered that North Carolina lacked quality law firms that focused solely on accounts receivable litigation. As a result, he opened his own creditors’ rights law firm where he provides personalized and aggressive but professional representation to businesses and contractors of all sizes.
Robert is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Creditors Bar Association, the Commercial Law League of America, and the National Association of Credit Management. His is also licensed to practice law in every county across North Carolina in both state and federal court.
