Robert Servatius

ServatiusAfter making his mark in the financial services and insurance industries, Robert Servatius turned his focus to the law and opened The Carolina Collection Law Firm in 2015. Today, he represents clients in high-stakes litigation involving legal malpractice, commercial disputes, and business divorces.  He also provides trusted counsel to clients in the areas of professional licensing, compliance, and liability. His practice philosophy is simple and based on a client-first approach designed to efficiently resolve legal issues that place his clients in the best possible position for future success.

“For most clients, a successful resolution of their legal matter is achieved through knowledge, preparation, and a very clear understanding of what that client seeks to achieve in the short and long term. My practice was founded on a complete commitment to providing accurate and cost-effective representation to clients and I’m proud to carry those principles forward each day.”

A native of North Carolina, Robert graduated in the top 10% of his class at the Charlotte School of Law and earned his bachelors of arts in business from Queens University of Charlotte. Prior to opening his own law firm, he worked as a stockbroker at Banc of America Investment Services (now Merrill Lynch) and insurance broker for Wachovia Insurance Services (now Wells Fargo Insurance Services). It was during this time that he learned the devastating impact poor decisions and processes can have on individuals and businesses and decided to devote his career to protecting the rights of those who work hard everyday to do the right thing.
